When you book your cleaners, an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. Alternatively, you can create and log into your account at this link.
Cleaners service many areas in Los Angeles but since it’s a big city they, unfortunately, can not serve all. Please check the service map on Yelp to see if the cleaners can service your home. Alternatively, you can give us a call at (424) 278-5828 to find out if you are within the service area.
The price is based on the number of bedrooms plus any extra services added. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.
The cleaners bring their own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to pass the information to them. Alternatively, your cleaners can use green products if you would prefer. Please let us know if you would prefer green cleaning services so your cleaners can plan for this.
Sure thing! You can ask for special requests under the "Special Instructions" section or respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.

Pricing & Policies
Log into your account and you will see any outstanding gift cards and respective balances.
Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (gift card) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any gift cards you have.
Some discounts are for first-time customers only and some are for recurring customers only. In addition, some discounts are only one-time, and will not work for future service. There might be a couple reasons why a specific discount code no longer works. Please note that a discount code cannot be applied on top of a given recurring discount. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
In most cases you can enter your coupon code directly on the booking form. If you have any issues, please contact us and let us know.

All cleaners are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. They all have many years of experience and are very honest with their time and their work.
If something goes wrong, we are here to make it right. Please let us know right away, and we'll be there to take care of it. That's our promise to you.
We have three levels of security in place. First off, the booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly, the booking form has its own layer of 256-bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and are layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured, we take security very, very seriously.
Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.
If you're not content with your cleaning, your cleaners have agreed to come out and completely re-clean your home (within a three-day window). Please note we do not process refunds for services already provided by your cleaners.
